2. Genomics of Nodipecten subnodosus associated with reproductive arrest and muscle growth in triploids.
3. Genomics and genetics of the reproductive capacity of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei: development of transcriptomic tools.
4. Selective breeding of the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas and development of transcriptomic tools for selection assisted by molecular markers.
